BodyBrite Med Spa in Toronto was a new Performance Media Agency client who came to us with a very inadequate and antiquated online presence that did not do justice to their location and high-end aesthetic treatments they provide. While they were already a highly successful medical spa in Toronto with most of their business coming from word of mouth, they wanted to grow their business with the help of a brand-new website that would convert visitors into customers at a much higher rate. The ask was to design a new website that was user-friendly, easy to navigate, clean, sexy, SEO-optimized and made it easy for visitors to book appointments online. With a much better website in place, we were tasked to send traffic with Google Ads and Email Marketing campaigns. The results speak for themselves.
30 days after launching the new website, we noticed significant improvements in the number of sessions per visitor, bounce rates, pages per session and, most importantly conversion rates. With the new website, sessions per visitor improved by 58%, the bounce rates dropped 29%, pages per visitor session increased by 125% and conversion rates increased by over 98%.
Feedback from current and new customers was very positive as the new BodyBrite Toronto website is much better looking, easy to navigate, loads quickly on mobile devices and makes it easy to book appointments online with booking forms on 90% of pages.
